The blade that you can see in these pictures was designed by DETRA and realised with “Kinetic Fusion” additive technology by Titomic.

This is the first example of propeller blade in metal + metal composite. It is made of an aluminium core covered in a 2 millimeters titanium layer.

This blade was on display at the Pacific 2019 International Maritime Exposition in Sidney, a global event attracting professionals of the marine industry, military and government decision-makers from all over the world.
